Ceremony

For something really special you may wish to hold your wedding ceremony here in our grounds. There are several perfect settings amongst the lush acres of gardens for an outdoor wedding with the freedom to select your own minister or marriage celebrant.

Alternatively you may wish to use the Leura Gardens Gazebo offering an open air gazebo area with fireplace & manicured gardens. Alternative wet weather locations will be determined.

Set up includes celebrant’s table with white linen cloth & pen for signing, & up to 40 chairs for guests. Chair covers and sashes can be organised at a seperate charge.

Reception

The Waratah Room is spacious and radiant and is filled with natural light from the doors leading out onto a large outdoor terrace which can be used as a pre function area or simply as additional space for entertaining.

The Waratah Room is the perfect room to host any large function catering for up to 110 guest’s banquet style or 160 cocktail style. The Waratah Room is pillar free with adjustable lighting.

The Olive Tree Restaurant offers views over looking our Lady Fairfax Gardens and the 4th fairway of Leura golf course along with a stone terrace for outdoor entertaining or pre function area. The Olive Tree Restaurant is suitable for medium size functions catering for up to 70 guests’ banquet style or 90 guests cocktail style.

Gazebo is perfect for a garden or open air wedding, try the Leura gardens Gazebo area which can accommodate up to 180 guests in a more informal wedding setting.

Jasmine Restaurant (unavailable for functions on Saturday evenings) For intimate fine dining the ambience of the Jasmine Restaurant is perfect. The Jasmine Bar provides just the right atmosphere for all occasions.

Room Hire Inclusions

5 Hours room hire (reception must conclude by midnight, noise restrictions in place after 10pm). Additional hourly rates at $160.00 per hour.
