Extended Stays Accommodation

A limited number of luxurious, fully furnished (un-serviced) units are available based on an extended stay weekly rate in Leura Gardens Waldorf Resort.

The standards of furnishing fit out, inclusions and services of our extended stay rooms may not be in line with the Waldorf Leura Gardens Resort standard of services and inclusions.

• Minimum occupancy period 4 weeks. 
• Corporate extended stays accommodation can be extended by prior arrangement. 
• Apartments are leased based on availability at the time.
• Security bond (4 weeks rental) is required or in case of corporate reservation or company undertaking is acceptable. 
• The rental includes water, electricity, linen & towel supply, car parking, Pay TV Austar service.
• A $150 non refundable administration fee is payable by the occupier or the company when the reservation is confirmed. 
• 2 weeks license fee in advance is required on confirmation of accommodation contract. 
• Extensions of license to occupy are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. 
• Linen/towel change, car parking, weekly cleaning service, telephone and high speed internet connection are available subject to an additional fee. 
• Free on site parking, guest laundry, usage of resort gym and squash courts.
• Tenants will be entitled to Waldorf onsite reception and management services. 
• Optional cooked breakfast service .
• Optional microwave in the unit.
